The Seafront Villa

This modern, Finca-style holiday home and the separate guest apartment are in the dreamy east of the island with breath-taking panorama views of the Mediterranean Sea and the neighbouring island Formentara.

Through the main entrance, you enter a typical Ibizan entrance hall with high juniper wood ceilings and direct access to the breakfast and pool terraces. The dining area is also in the entrance hall.

An open arch leads to the living room complete with satellite television and access to the terrace. Right next to it is the spacious, nicely decorated kitchen with a wonderful natural wood bar, which is ideal for chatting. The window looks out to sunrise (ideal for morning people).

The other side of the entrance hall leads, via a small hall, to the large double bedroom (1 x 1,80m x 2m) also with direct access to the terrace, 1 x double bedroom (1 x 1,80m x 2m) and a toilet with a shower. The stairs lead to the first floor with an equally large double bedroom (1 x 1,8m x 2m) with a fascinating view of the sea, 1 x double bedroom (1 x 1,80m x 2m) and a toilet with a bath.

The Staff service room / spacious garden studio is accessible through a separate entrance. It is in the basement and comes with its own terrace, toilet and satellite television. Its small kitchenette includes a coffee machine, toaster and a fridge. The sofa bed provides space for a third guest.

All bedrooms have air conditioning!

The view from the pool terrace over the Ibizan landscape and the deep blue Mediterranean Sea offers 180° sunshine from sunrise to sunset. The overflow pool extends the water surface to the horizon of the sea. The pool terrace has eight deckchairs and two parasols.

The covered terrace with dining space is ideal for breakfast and BBQs in the evening. Children’s equipment will be provided. Please state your wishes when booking. Casa Formentera is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with oleander, jasmine and bougainvillea and is completely fenced in. Pets, if trained well, are welcome on consultation.

San Carlos, the famous hippy pub “Anitas” and other restaurants and boutiques are only a 5-minute drive away. The “Las Dalias” hippy market is only a 15-minute walk. Santa Eulalia’s shopping opportunities are a 10-minute drive away. The nearby country hotel “Can Curreu” offers a spa and incredible cuisine.

This property has a tourist license for 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can be rented as an 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms property only for stays exceeding 30 days. Please contact us for further details!
